Water Baby

After spending a few weeks with a variety of bacterias and viruses and infections coursing through his body (clearly Mommy needs to make the house cleaner), Skyler is back on the prowl. Today he was weighed at Publix. We were hoping he would crack the big 20 pounds so we could legally turn his car seats forward for a more enjoyable ride for all.

Alas, he is only 19.5 pounds - about 1 banana shy of the big 20.

Skyler is a great walker and has walked all the way around the block on his own. Stopping only to poke in anthills and pick up dirt and rocks. This week he learned to kick his play ball. He has the most fun playing in the water outside. Here are 2 pictures from those escapades -
