Skyler Receives Visitors

Our first visitors (other than Grandma and Grandpa) came by over the past week. Skyler got to meet neighbor "Auntie" Lesley Lynch for the first time when she stopped by with a wonderful dinner (delicious turkey soup!) for mommy and daddy last week.

Skyler also spent a little time with "Auntie" Anna Bell this past weekend -- Anna stopped by with yet another generous gift (gorgeous knitted blanket and onesies from Betsey Bradshaw and a knitted blanket from one of her coworkers). She also miraculously stopped by Monday night with several packages of preemie Pampers -- maybe now Skyler will stop wetting his back every night! The other diapers we've been using seem to be way too big! Thanks Anna!

Finally, this past Saturday, Skyler received a very special visit from Great Aunt Renee and Uncle Steve Stumpfl -- just back from a Caribbean cruise. The tan and well-rested "greats" spent the day with Skyler and family, brought more gifts of beautiful summer clothes and even took us out to lunch at Two Georges in Boynton Beach (where Skyler slept like an angel!). They went down to Big Pine Key later Saturday night -- let's hope the temperatures remained a bit warmer than in Delray Beach (where the lows got down in the 30s on Monday morning -- brrr).
