Fabulous Fall 2007

Sky enjoyed some fall fun the past couple weeks with trips to a local pumpkin patch and trick or treating for Halloween. The pumpkin patch, located at a nearby church parking lot, provided plenty of wonder and enjoyment to Mr. Curious. Cute note -- instead of singing "where is thumbkin," Sky says, "Where is pumpkin?"

Look out -- there definitely is a new sheriff in town! Skyler looked adorable in his cowboy costume complete with pony (cowboy hat courtesy of our trip to the Calgary Stampede this past summer). He had lots of fun going door-to-door with best buddy Bennett (pink kitty). We all (both sets of parents and kids) dodged the rain and wind last night of Tropical Storm Noel in a golf cart -- really cuts trick or treating time in half! The kids finally got the hang of saying "trick or treat" and presenting their boo bags by the time we wrapped it all up. Sky was very sweet with his thank yous -- he'd say "thank you man" to everyone.

We're definitely now on the downhill slide toward Thanksgiving and Christmas -- just heard Sky singing "Jingle Bells." I swear I didn't put him up to that! Hugs and happy Halloween to all!
